Campground helps you manage every part of your community in one place. Whether you’re running a selective cohort program, an open membership community, or a hybrid of both, Campground gives you the tools to accept applications, organize members into programs and teams, send communications, and track engagement — without juggling disconnected spreadsheets or tools.Documentation Index

What you can do with Campground
- Run programs with seasons — organize your community into programs (like cohorts, tracks, or initiatives) with time-bounded seasons. Control who can join and what they can see.
- Collect and review applications — build custom intake forms, receive submissions, and move applicants through a configurable review workflow.
- Manage your member directory — view, filter, and bulk-edit member profiles. Import existing contacts via CSV or sync them through the API.
- Communicate with members — compose and schedule emails to targeted groups of members directly within Campground.
- Assign tasks — create task lists, assign them to members or programs, and track completion.
- Organize teams and groups — group members into teams with their own directories, task lists, and discussion threads.
- Track activity — monitor member engagement, review an audit trail of actions, and export data for reporting.
- Connect external tools — use the public API or API keys to integrate with Zapier, Make.com, or your own applications.
